Having a tulpa is a matter of believing in having a tulpa. If you don't believe, you can't have one.
I don't believe. I just wanted a girlfriend.
The part of me that NEEDS a girlfriend believes. And that part of me has a tulpa. But that is only a small, inactive part of me. I want more.
