Standard is a racist troll who pretends to be a SJW for social clout but actually just gets off on being a bully. Standard claims to have Dissociative Identity Disorder (DID) and has 14 different personalities living inside their body. Most of them are women, one is a man, and one only speaks in Vietnamese. Standard takes the time to write names of their alters before messages as if all their multiple personalities are different users in a chat room.
Standard is known for starting drama with their neighbors on Nextdoor and accusing people of being racist, fascist, classist, and pluralphobic. Standard has tried to pressure other Wetfish users into becoming trans, donating to international NGOs, convincing users they have DID, as well as begging for money to pay for their rent. This behavior caused several users to leave the community, including emilypi and nicefish. In August of 2023 standard was asked to leave Wetfish and as of November 2023 they started ban evading in order to spam the n-word and harass rachel.

Some time around August 2021 woodcat meets standard on a dating website. woodcat decides that standard is too crazy to date, but they'd be a perfect user to invite to Wetfish.

standard brags about hacking the Lesbian dating site "Lex" to find a math tutor who will do work in return for physical affection.
July 2023
standard scolds the group for being too lax about ableist slurs. standard and pdonghole are granted a moderator role in the chatrooms to talk people out of using ableist and racist language.
August 2023
Rachel asks standard to stop treating Wetfish as their personal go fund me. At this point standard wasn't officially banned, but their accounts for matrix and IRC were deleted.
September 2023
An IRL argument at fishhaus between stanadard and their roommate over cleaning chores gets so bad rachel is asked to intervene; when she doesn't take standard's side, standard ragequits and moves out. Later this month, standard tells rachel their new girlfriend paid them $1000 to leave wetfish permanently.
November 2023
Standard starts coming back to Wetfish to harass Rachel.
