Wetfish World is a place where every fish can live in harmony! Control your own fish avatar though an explorable world. Imagine neopets except with perma-death! Your fish has to eat every day, for example by feeding it fish flakes, otherwise it runs out of stamina. 😮‍💨 If you don't feed your fish for a week it will die 😭

Your Tank
Everyone gets a personal tank to raise their fish in! This is where your fish is born and you feed your fish. You get a nice overview of your forum threads and replies as well. Your tank is like your personal space that you get to decorate as you wish and invite other fish to swim with you in private 😉

Every name you use on the forums represents a different fish in your tank.

The World Wide Wet
It's a big world out there! Leave your tank and upload your consciousness to a digital fish world. This is where your fish avatar can meet other fish, chat, spin around in a washing matchine, etc. Earn FishBux by playing minigames and exploring the world.

If you are strong enough you can pick people up like super smash bros.

Stats

• Stamina: Allows your fish to move, speak, and fight. If it gets to zero you die
• Food: Goes up when you eat food, down in order to replenish your stamina. If it reaches zero you slowly lose stamina
• Weight: How much your fish weighs
• Capacity: How many items your fish can hold, when you weigh too much you lose stamina more quickly
• Strength: How strong your fish is
• Agility: A bonus modifier that makes your fish move, speak, and fight faster
• Size: You can choose if your fish grows or stays the same size. Size increases your weight capacity but lowers your agility
• Boredom: Goes up if you go too long without visiting the World Wide Wet. Doesn't really do anything besides that
• Age: How old your fish is, allows stats to be increased

Daily Perks

• UBI: Universal Basic Income, you get a certain amount of FishBux every day, the user must click an accept button in order to receive this
• Stats: Every every day after feeding your fish you get to choose if you want to increase its stamina, weight, agility, or size

Stats

• Air: Certain species need to breathe
• Loneliness: When your fish is all alone in its tank, it gets lonely unless you go on the World Wide Wet to meet other fish people! When your loneliness gets too high it increases your stamina loss rate
• Happiness: The user is asked periodically if they are happy or sad and if they are enjoying using the website
• Sociopathy: Reduces the stamina loss rate from being lonely
• Creativity: Make art and this goes up! Gives you stat bonuses, gives you happiness
• Anxiety: Increases your stamina loss rate, reduces your ability to speak
• High: Bro dude I'm so high right now, increases creativity and anxiety
• Crime: This goes up if you assault another fish, steal things, trespass, etc. Makes other fish around you anxious
