No proof of life from Assange after over a month.
Now wikileaks is posting creepy hollywood movie style promotional videos.


Assange was captured, and tortured in October 2016. Riseup.net was coerced into giving access to the WikiLeaks email account which led to the takeover of the subreddit and official twitter account. Control of those accounts was used as leverage to convince Assange to explain how the deadman switch worked. The DYN ddos stop the deadman's switch from posting on twitter. Assange was then taken into custody or possibly killed. For over a month the public has been kept in the dark to make sure the new precedent of government control is never widely known.
