How do you even spice a pumpkin?
That's a pretty difficult question for the non-Americans among us.
According to Merriam-Webster, with a mixture of usually cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, cloves, and often allspice.
This pumpkin pie spice mix was originally used for flavoring, well… pies. But them someone got the brilliant idea to use it for drinks but still call it "pumpkin" spice.
